Do plant-based waters provide anything other than flavor?
These drinks provide a source of hydrating minerals, such as; magnesium, calcium, potassium and sodium. Research published in the Journal of Functional Foods has shown that maple water is also rich in organic acids and disease-fighting phytonutrients.
