So, when planning your next meal think of incorporating some of these top 10 antioxidant-rich foods into your diet. Read on about tips on how to naturally boost immunity.

Blueberries: These delicious berries can be added to yogurt, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, smoothies, muffins, and salads. They are also enjoyable on their own!

Broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables: Broccoli and cauliflower can be pureed to create broccoli or cauliflower mash. A wonderful and healthy alternative to mashed potatoes.

Winter squash and orange vegetables: Puree your favourite squash to create a soup.

Legumes: A great plant-based source of protein, legumes like black beans, chickpeas, and green beans can be added to salads. You can also use beans when making chili or burritos.

Garlic: Cook your veggies with garlic for an added boost of flavor.

Green Tea: Drink green tea cold or hot. Matcha is green tea powder that is rich in antioxidants and can be incorporated into baked goods, salads, smoothies, or lattes.

Grapes: Grapes are delicious on their own but try freezing them for a cool treat on a hot day.

Tomatoes and other red/pink fruits and veggies: Tomatoes, grapefruit, red cabbage, papaya, and watermelon to just name a few. The options are endless, think smoothies, muffins, salads, entrees, and even desserts.

Flaxseeds and other nuts and seeds: Add flaxseeds to oatmeal, smoothies, baked goods, yogurt, and salads.
