Raw apple cider vinegar has been associated with a variety of health benefits, including the possibility of lowering glucose levels and relieving gas, bloating and heartburn. While most vinegars are acidic in the body, raw apple cider vinegar is thought to have an alkalizing effect like lemons or limes. We love this super simple and healthy family recipe that is perfect on any salad.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1/4 cup ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar)
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons raw honey (sweetness is up to your own preference)
1/3 olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Shake all ingredients in a sealed jar or bottle, store in fridge.
Dressing can be kept for up to a week!
